Fidelity Bank on Facebook is NOT a secure Fidelity Bank site; Facebook is a third-party website. Please DO NOT share personal, identifying, financial, account or transaction information on Fidelity Bank's Facebook page, including Social Security numbers, account numbers or debit/credit card numbers as well as any financial and/or identifying information.

Fidelity Bank will NEVER ask for personal financial or identifying information on Facebook, through the Facebook message function or via unsecure email. For customer information security, Fidelity Bank created a secure "Contact Us" form on our website here. Fidelity Bank is not responsible for the loss of personal financial information to posters and commenters on Facebook who do not abide by this rule.

If you mistakenly post your financial information, please notify the bank immediately by calling 316.265.2261 or 1.800.658-1637. To report a lost or stolen ATM or VISA check card or check card number, please contact the bank immediately at 1.800.966.2951.

When Facebook administrators are notified of your post or comment containing personal financial or identifying information, the administrators will delete your Facebook post or comment and address you via private message identifying the next steps you should take, which will be based on the information posted.

Fidelity Bank reserves the right to remove any post, comment or content posted to the Fidelity Bank Facebook page if moderators consider it inappropriate, such as posts that are discriminatory, threatening or using offensive language or posts that contain private financial information.

If you are an employee at Fidelity Bank, or its affiliated companies, please do not post or comment on the Fidelity Bank Facebook page without identifying yourself as an employee. The administrators will delete your post if you do not abide by this rule.
