Rory Laisle

EVP, Director of Commercial Real Estate Lending

As Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Real Estate Lending, Rory Laisle oversees commercial real estate loan originations and real estate loan portfolios. Across all markets, he offers guidance and leadership to our commercial real estate lenders with a focus on developing new relationships in our primary markets and across the nation.

A member of our Fidelity family since 2001, Rory began his tenure in the marketing department before transitioning to credit administration. His first leadership role at the bank saw him manage commercial real estate lending across the Oklahoma market before he was promoted to manage commercial real estate lending nationwide.

Rory obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma and his Master of Business degree from Wichita State University. He later completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Wisconsin — Madison. Outside the office, Rory is engaged in community outreach efforts, particularly the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame, where he volunteers his time on the Executive Council.
