Mansch promoted to Director of Operations

Fidelity Bank, N.A. has promoted Senior Vice President LaRae Mansch from director of corporate governance to director of operations. In this role, Mansch provides oversight to multiple divisions of the bank ensuring that vital functional areas are all working together to deliver a seamless banking experience. She guides the operational efforts of Fidelity’s consumer, commercial and residential lending business units, as well as the activities of the corporate compliance division.
“LaRae has been a vital leader for our fourth generation, family-owned bank,” said President and CEO Aaron Bastian. “Many departments have benefited from her guidance over the years, and she is uniquely qualified to deliver on our commitment of cross-functional excellence.”
Mansch joined Fidelity Bank in 2009 and held leadership positions in a variety of departments, including retail banking, customer service and cash management, before joining the compliance division where she would serve as director of corporate governance. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in German and Germanic Literatures from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University. LaRae is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She earned the Nacha designation of Accredited Automated Clearing House Professional and a certificate of executive leadership from the University of Wisconsin.

Mansch elevated to the director of operations position after the retirement of Carol Urban-Deal on January 5, 2024.
