Our Interactive Banking Machines may look like ATMs, but they are so much more. The machines now located in our drive-thru lanes are Interactive Banking Machines, not traditional ATMs. 

This time-saving service provides a blend of technology and personal assistance with extended banking hours in the evening and on Saturday. Unlike an ATM, you can quickly and easily connect to a friendly live banker who will assist you and ensure that your transactions are completed accurately and efficiently so you can get on with your day.

WHAT IS INTERACTIVE BANKING? 

Interactive Banking is an enhanced banking experience – delivered through the latest banking technology. By way of our Interactive Banking Machines, you can complete a wide variety of transactions with a live banker. That’s the interactive part – we’re here to assist with every detail. 

Transactions are handled more efficiently than a traditional drive-thru. You can skip the line in the lobby, and complete your transactions right from the comfort of your car.

WHAT TYPE OF TRANSACTIONS CAN I COMPLETE WITH INTERACTIVE BANKING? 

Nearly all transactions that you can currently complete through a traditional drive-thru, or in the branch lobby, can be handled quickly and efficiently with Interactive Banking: 

  • Transaction history inquiries
  • Balance details
  • Transfers
  • Check cashing
  • Loan payments
  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • And more!

Interactive Banking Machines are quite simple to use and transactions can be completed quickly.

  1. In the drive-thru, simply pull up to the machine and park your vehicle.
  2. From there, it’s as easy as touching the screen.
  3. During business hours, a live Interactive Banker will promptly answer to assist you.

You will be guided through the entire process with on-screen instructions and helpful direction from your live banker. If you need to insert cash or scan your ID, those areas on the machine will flash, when required, to help you identify where to place your materials. And, if you are ever unsure, simply ask, and your banker will provide greater detail to assist you.

Interactive Banking Machines can also be used as ATMs 24 hours a day.

  • For ATM features, simply insert your card into the Interactive Banking Machine just like you would a traditional ATM.
  • From there, follow the on-screen prompts to complete your ATM transaction.

We also offer walk-up Interactive Banking service at select locations. These Interactive Banking Machines function exactly like those in the drive-thru.

WHAT ARE INTERACTIVE BANKING HOURS? 

With Interactive Banking, you’ll enjoy extended drive-thru hours. No more rushing after work to make it to the bank. You’ll be able to connect with a live Interactive Banker during the following extended hours:

Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
