2023 – 2024 Adopt-A-School Progress Report

In 2021, Fidelity Bank began a long-term partnership with Wichita Public Schools. The Adopt-A-School initiative was designed with an innovative approach that allowed teachers to customize the bank's donations of funding and volunteer support to suit the individual needs of their classroom. Three years later, this model has become a formula for success for adaptors and adoptees, based on metrics that truly matter to those most impacted by the program.
"The most gratifying element of this partnership program is having the ability to witness both the immediate and long-term impact of our efforts," said Pam Regehr, Fidelity Bank Director of Corporate Social Responsibility. "The only thing better than the happy smile of students on a field trip or a teacher receiving a catered appreciation meal is knowing that heightened confidence, enhanced social skills and greater emotional stability have been credited to the support given by our Fidelity Bank and our outstanding volunteers. It confirms our mission to create a brighter future for Wichita by investing in our public schools today."
