Application permissions
Users of the secure Fidelity Bank and Oklahoma Fidelity Bank mobile banking apps downloaded from Google Play and the Apple App Store have access to a variety of features, some of which require permissions. These permissions are optional. The following is an overview of the different permissions and which functions they support:

Camera | Allowing the application to access your device’s camera enables you to utilize mobile deposit to deposit paper checks into your account. |
Location | Allowing the application to access your location enables you to utilize mapping features to find nearby banking offices, ATMs and Interactive Banking Machines. |
Access to external storage | Allowing access to external storage, including files and media, on your device enables you to include attachments when sending secure messages through the app. |
Contacts | Allowing access to the contacts stored on your device enables you to select recipients for person-to-person payments. |
Audio | Allowing access to your device’s microphone enables you to use chat features to receive support. |
Phone state | Allowing access to information about your device for identification purposes, enables you to utilize features related to malware/anti-phishing for Easy Solutions integration, when available. |
Images | Allowing access to images stored on your device enables you to capture receipt images and deposit paper checks into your account using mobile deposit. |
Who We Are & What We Do
Fidelity Bank and Oklahoma Fidelity Bank, a division of Fidelity Bank.
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. Third parties who access personal information are required by contract to use the information only for the specific authorized purpose and further protect the personal information from unauthorized access.
We collect your personal information, for example, when you
- open an account or show your government-issued ID
- pay your bills or apply for a loan
- use your credit or debit card
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Federal law gives you the right to limit only

Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Our affiliates include companies with a Fidelity name; financial companies such as Fidelity Financial Corporation and nonfinancial companies such as Fidelity Management Company.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Fidelity Bank and Oklahoma Fidelity Bank, a division of Fidelity Bank, do not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
- Our joint marketing partners include financial service companies and credit card companies.
